You will lead the start-up of the new Proton Therapy Centre and after the installation manage the customer service operations on the site in the hospital. You will lead an international team of 10-15 highly skilled field engineers and manage equipment, material assets, and operating budget. You will be responsible for overall planning of priorities and activities. You ensure the customer's requirements are met in terms of compliance, quality, technical performance, timing and budget specifications. You will make sure that the equipment is available according to uptime commitments, and you will ensure strict respect of good manufacturing processes, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs requirements. Profile To be successful in this role, you should bring following skills:Master or equivalent degree in engineering; solid people management experience in an industrial environment; team player personality with very good interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus; driven, proactive hands-on personality; ability to organize your work autonomously and willing to take initiatives; very good oral and written skills in English and German.
