Sourcing manager for Hof in EMEA. Strategic role for the Business, as all selling products are manufactured outside by third parties. Position requires working closely with R&D, sales and logistic teams in order to meet market expectations and Business growth and profitability. Principal Responsibilities Responsible for developing a supplier base that meets markets expectations and Business performances. Responsible for improving site productivity, launching regular RFQ,  negotiating  site specific purchase and putting site agreement in place for achieving the sourcing site AOP. Responsible for supplier performance improvement at site level (PPM, OTTR, cost, lead time, consignment stock and pull system), solving site issues and participating to supplier business review. Responsible for ERP purchasing data management, site supplier scorecard and dashboard tracking savings/inflation, supplier performances and impact for business. Responsible for developing relationship with Asian teams in order to improve cost and quality performances. Operational implementation of the Sourcing strategy defined with Business and commodity managers or fall protection sourcing leader to contribute to product portfolio and supplier base rationalisation.
