As a Solutions Architect, your responsibility is to ensure continued success and expansion of the Microsoft Mediaroom solution, with a primary focus of supporting our global Systems Integrator.Responsibilities:• Own the services and technical relationships between Microsoft and the Mediaroom Systems Integrator• Provide technical expertise in all aspects of the customer solutions, including infrastructure, network and Mediaroom solution• Support the Systems Integrator in developing a product roadmap and technical solutions that are aligned with the Mediaroom product roadmap• Understands customer business and technical requirements• Act as liaison between the Systems Integrator, customers and the Mediaroom Engineering team • Keep current on new technologies as they relate to IPTV ecosystems and OTT video delivery• Up to 30% travelQualifications and Experience:• A minimum of 5 years working experience in either consulting, client/project management, high-end professional services business development/delivery OR relevant management combined with a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience• Demonstrated leadership and strong project management skills• Dynamic individual with excellent customer service and problem solving skills• Proven ability to work in a team ...
