Conduct data analysis to provide meaningful business insights using advanced statistical tools Present outcome of analyses to the relevant stakeholders, in writing or verbally, to help convert the statistical findings to concrete business decisions, including participating in presentations to the senior Customer Services (CS) leadership team as required Help establish measurement systems (metrics, KPIs) for the various processes and lines of business as needed Identify opportunities for CS improvements based on data and expert knowledge from the relevant members of the CS organisation Working with the CECI leadership team, help identify and deploy statistical tools and software to improve the efficiency and effectives of data analysis Coach and mentor other members of the organisation on advanced statistics and statistical tools Work with the other analysts in the wider organisation to share best practices, promote consistencies, and leverage the different analyses conducted across the organisation Job Requirements Proficiency in using of one or more of the advanced statistical analysis programmes (e.g. Minitab, SAS).
