CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Business planning Develop, in conjunction with the Franchise Partner, a store specific business plan that will lead to the achievement of sales and profitability goals and KPIs, ensuring long-term business growth. Ensure that the business plan is communicated effectively to the store and Nike Country Teams and that it is reviewed and revised annually. Merchandise management Product selection - Work with the Country Buyers, providing feedback on store sales and communicating store specific requirements in a timely manner.  Prepare sell-through information and BU/category splits in order to assist in appropriate product selection at Franchise Summits.
