Seelze - Chemie - Sales Manager - Performance Materials and Technologies

Responsibilities: * Responsible for key account sales in the EMEA region * Develop and manage 'key accounts' to generate sales and maximize profitability * Maximise Sales opportunities in targeted growth segments and geographies * Lead the regional sales development activity and collaborate with broader commercial & technical team in ensuring sales goals are achieved * Support the Global Marketing function in forecasting and customer/service development activities * Enhance client understanding of products'/service inherent technical and cost benefits to reinforce value proposition. * Work with the AT team to develop regional pricing and volume strategies   Qualifications   Qualifications/Experience: * 5-7 years of sales and/or business development experience in the security printing, inks/coatings and/or specialty chemicals industries * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering or Sciences * Proven international business development credentials * Strategic thinker with experience in commercial arena with ability/experience to open and develop new market opportunities. * Solutions orientated approach to sales & business development with experience in brand protection and security printing sectors * Relationship builder with gravitas, cultural awareness and person ...
