You will be a member of the strengthened SupplyChain and Process Innovations Unit. Within thisunit you will be responsible to build, in cooperationwith your counterparts worldwide, a Supply ChainAcademy which provides on-boarding,on-the-job-training and professional education forSupply Chain personnel worldwide. You will beresponsible to develop and implement concepts forSupply Chain knowledge management, globalnetworks and collaboration. You will work with theSupply Chains in the Business Units, the regionalSupply Chains (North America, South America,Europe and Asia Pacific) and the global SupplyChain Process Enablement training team to identifyeducation requirements, share best practices andmanage the provision of globally consistent qualitystandards in Supply Chain education and training. Along with a Bachelor´s Degree or higher inEconomics, Business Administration, Education orIT, you have at least eight years of relevantprofessional experience in training, education,knowledge management and/or relevantconsulting. You have practical experience inimplementing elements of the Supply ChainAcademy and are experienced in innovativemethodologies and technologies in knowledgemanagement, social media and global networking.You have proven knowledge of common LearningManagement System ...
