As a Team Leader Costing Footwear you are responsible for leading a group of footwear Costing team in support of the company’s business models as relates to product costs, margin requirements, communication and standard setting for the department, category division and the brand.   JOB PROFILE: Build and manage a strong Costing team through effective motivation, training, coaching and development of direct reports. (40% leadership/management) Collaborate with category partners in Marketing, Design and Project Management to ensure margin maximization at the model level, within the parameters of the company's strategic objectives.  (30% Product Costing) Drive implementation of a fact-based costing process in respective development headquarters and sourcing regions through the evaluation and optimization of cost standards. (30% Strategic Costing) Implement and support functional costing direction within the organization. Support development or enhancement of systems to ensure costing requirements are met and to improve costing performance. Drive costing process improvements and meet business requirements and objectives.
