Initially via CRO outsourcing and eventually via an in-house team, build, co-ordinate, supervise and take scientific responsibility for a Preclinical Pharmacology Inflammation team in order to provide decision-making data for Project milestone decisions Analyze, assess, prepare and recommend mitigation actions for project risks related to specific areas within Pharmacology Inflammation Recruitment and training of inflammation pharmacology team members Present pharmacological results, interpretations and consequences to decision bodies and major internal working groups With in vitro pharmacology and DMPK counterparts, co-ordinate the delivery of a robust PK/PD framework and platform of evidence for each project Ensure scientific networking (congresses, publications, advisory boards) Continuing process of further training and education of staff Provide scientific reports relevant for submission and official documentation Project leadership A leading role in target identification and validation     Your profile:   University degree (MD, PhD) Medicine, Veterinary Medicine Substantial scientific background in in-vitro and in-vivo Pharmacology in Pharma industry Inflammation and/or immunology expertise is required Experience in in- and outlicensing evaluation Experience in project m ...
