• A Senior Leadership Position that directs, develops and motivates the PAH teams in the Germany, Austria, Switzerland region and achieves the strategic business goals, priorities and the targeted financial results • Membership in the German Country Leadership Team as PAH representative and in the PAH EuAfME Leadership Team, contributing with his or her business experience and expertise to add value to the debate, strategies and decision making process • An integrated PAH structure with close cross-functional and international relationships and liaison with local key business partners, key opinion leaders, local regulatory authorities, government and decision makers • A portfolio of innovative, effective medicines, both marketed and under development • Leadership of a diverse group of highly-able colleagues dedicated to transmitting the value of our medicines You have • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar level education, additional MBA preferred • Minimum of 10 years proven all-round business experience in a leading role, a track record of producing outstanding results, P&L management experience, ability to think and act strategically, significant successful previous experience in leading/managing people • Extensive knowledge of the ...
