Key Responsibilities:   Keep the Strategic Business Plan (SBP) for Global Retail HR updated and lead its execution, coordinating this with all Global Markets of the adidas Group. Drive and ensure harmonized implementation in all relevant locations. Coach the Global Retail and eCom Leadership team on all aspects of People, Organizational and Change Management. Maintain a high level of communication with Management across all relevant Markets and contribute to the decision-making process of structuring and developing the team for the organization. Design and drive business initiatives and business needs with effective HR measures and promote positive employee relations in the work environment. Continuously develop and maintain the SHINE framework and all related programs, processes and tools, and ensure consistent implementation of SHINE globally. Drive Retail specific initiatives and efficient processes, in close co-ordination with the Centers of Excellence and in close collaboration with Global HR partners, in the areas of Learning/Training, Leadership, Performance + Succession, Talent Acquisition/ Recruiting, as well as Organizational Development efforts, based upon input and feedback from the markets.
