Hierarchically reports to: Senior Vice President, Technip Offshore Wind   Operationally reports to: Senior Vice President, Technip Offshore Wind   Directly supervises: All business development activity and operational delivery for the business in Germany and the Baltic Seas for Technip Offshore Wind Ltd.  With full accountability for project delivery and business growth.       Key interactions (internally, externally):   Internally: Technip Offshore Wind Corporate organisation in Aberdeen and other regional business units in offshore wind as well as Subsea Onshore and Offshore product lines as appropriate.   Technical authority on legislation for the Region and contribution to the strategic direction of the company to set and deliver growth objectives.   Other functional heads from Offshore Wind.   Externally: Business stake holders, including supply chain and customers to position Technip Offshore Wind to deliver annual and corporate objectives.   Be an ambassador for the industry and through this enhance Technip reputation in this industry.     Job scope (budget, management, specific criteria):   Preparation of annual budget, monthly forecasts and progress in line with Company systems and processes, including Order Intake, P&L revenues and margins.   Develop and ...
