Our client develops and produces IT and electric equipment for offshore vessels and installations. They have a solid reputation in the shipping industry thanks to our specialized experience in Voyage Data Recorders and beacons. Their VDR products are assembled in The Netherlands and all our maritime products are sold by one's own sales team and distributors to shipping companies and shipowners all over the world.


  • Manage the Sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Cascade and implement a sales strategy to achieve SBP, budget sales goals and revenues.
  • Account and Channel Management planning.
  • Establish Sales development objectives for a territory and/or Market.
  • Develop Customer sales presentations and proposals.
  • Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.
  • PNL Responsible
  • Develop promotional ideas and material.
  • Attend trade meetings and industry conventions.
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.


The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a territory and/or Market to achieve sales objectives.
We are looking for candidates who are either residing in the Netherlands (Randstad) or based in Singapore. This position can be filled in either location.
We are looking for candidates who can work independently but also who can work together with their remote colleagues spread throughout several countries. We are looking for strong candidates who are willing to go the extra mile to help our company be successful.
