Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage an assigned portfolio of Xumo Advertising customers, shaping account strategy to grow revenue and renewals. You will own and optimize relationships, lead strategic reviews, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to meet client goals. The position focuses on maximizing value for clients while advancing Xumo’s advertising business in a fast-paced environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with strategy, spend growth, upsells and renewals
- Maintain client relationships and understand client goals
- Lead strategic business reviews to identify needs and growth opportunities
- Process contracts and ensure implementation-ready status
- Contribute to live campaign success in cross-functional team settings
- Oversee campaign management and performance recommendations for agencies and clients
- Monitor campaigns and report on clickthrough and creative performance to improve retention
- Serve as escalation point for pricing and agreement issues
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver client objectives
- Attend to schedule variability including nights/weekends as needed
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3–5 years of programmatic/digital account management experience
- Proven track record in account management and sales growth
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing industry
- Experience with contract processes and cross-functional coordination
