Experteer Overview

In this role you ensure timely, accurate management of financial data within Bugaboo’s standard procedures and applicable regulations. You will be part of the Accounts Payable Team, collaborating with suppliers and internal budget holders to maintain clean financial records. You’ll handle invoice booking, creditor reconciliations, and cross-functional communications, contributing to reliable financial operations. Timely booking of supplier invoices
Creditor status updates and reconciliations
External communication with suppliers

Zentrale Anforderungen

6-8 years of relevant financial administrative experience
3+ years in an international environment
Knowledge of NetSuite
Experience with purchase order systems
MS Excel proficiency
Fluent English and Dutch
Strong accuracy, proactive attitude and ability to meet deadlines
Good social skills and teamwork
