Experteer Overview

In this role you will design, implement, and support the Epic Cadence (scheduling) and Prelude (registration) modules to optimize patient access. You will collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and operational teams to improve workflows, ensure data integrity, and enhance the patient experience. You’ll lead complex projects and act as a SME for Cadence/Prelude, guiding issue resolution and system integration efforts. This position offers opportunities to drive operational efficiency and participate in enterprise-wide improvements.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Serve as SME for Cadence and Prelude and advanced features
Design and optimize Cadence scheduling and Prelude registration workflows
Escalate and troubleshoot complex Cadence/Prelude issues with Epic and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and system integrations
Own and lead complex projects (multi-module implementations or large upgrades); manage scoping, design, testing, and go-live support
Perform other duties as assigned

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Multiple Epic certifications with Cadence and/or Prelude required; Epic certification current or recently utilized
Years of relevant experience in healthcare IT and system implementations
Strong project management and leadership skills

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Organizational and multi-project prioritization skills Epic Cadence and Prelude expertise Healthcare IT systems integration and data integrity Troubleshooting complex workflows and defects
