In this role you will drive accurate inventory tracking and data-driven procurement decisions to support policy and audit compliance. You will partner with senior management to optimize procurement practices and create actionable dashboards. The position sits at the intersection of procurement, analytics, and reporting within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will help scale processes, streamline reporting, and inform strategic sourcing against market trends.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Analyze PO data to identify trends, discrepancies and inefficiencies
Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports
Conduct gap analyses against procurement policies and PO lifecycle standards
Support audit activities with data and insights
Build automation for recurring reports and communications
Develop inventory tracking reports and maintain data integrity
Generate weekly/monthly procurement reports for internal stakeholders
Identify and propose solutions to inventory management issues with senior management
Provide data support for procurement audits and regulatory compliance
Communicate statistical analyses and findings to procurement and finance teams
Craft presentations and reports to inform procurement strategies and performance
Analyze market trends to support strategic sourcing and cost-saving
Support creation and enforcement of procurement policies to improve efficiency
Maintain regular attendance and be able to work nights/weekends as needed

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Experience with procurement data and audit support
Ability to design dashboards and automate reports
Knowledge of procurement policies and PO lifecycle standards
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proactive in identifying process improvements
Compliance with regulatory requirements
