Configure and customize Epic (Grand Central and Prelude) to meet organizational needs
Analyze and optimize healthcare workflows for efficient Epic usage
Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and IT to gather requirements and educate on best practices
Advocate for the patient experience in all actions and decisions
Promote internal process improvements and share best practices

Zentrale Anforderungen

3-5 years of relevant experience
Epic Grand Central and Prelude certification preferred
Experience with Epic modules (Prelude, Cadence, Utilization Reports & Analytics) and integrations
Healthcare or hospital/health system experience
Strong communication, attention to detail, ability to work independently
