In this role you will support senior attorneys in providing comprehensive legal services across complex litigation matters. You will work with a team to represent clients and advance cases in areas like Insurance Coverage, Fraud, IP Disputes, Product Liability, Toxic torts, Class Actions, and Civil Rights. You’ll draft documents, perform research, and engage in strategy discussions to help clients achieve favorable outcomes. Aufgaben
- Prepare legal documents including briefs, contracts, and pleadings
- Conduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations
- Represent clients in court and during negotiations
- Manage case files and client communications
- Provide legal advice on contract law and regulatory compliance
- Participate in strategy meetings with senior attorneys on case management
- Draft and review contracts ensuring legal compliance
- Advocate for clients’ interests professionally and ethically
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in good standing
- 2+ years of experience in complex litigation, contract law, or related field
- Strong understanding of criminal law, civil law, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent legal writing and research skills
- Proven negotiation and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client representation
