Litigation Attorney- Premier Civil Litigation Team
Location: Seattle, WA
Position Type: Full-Time

Are you a seasoned civil litigator ready to take on complex, high-impact cases? Our firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate with 8+ years of civil litigation experience to join our nationally recognized Healthcare Litigation Team. No prior healthcare experience is required-just a strong foundation in litigation and a drive to lead.

About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to work with a premier team handling sophisticated disputes involving healthcare systems, providers, and commercial entities. You'll play a key role in shaping strategy, mentoring junior attorneys, and delivering exceptional results for clients in a fast-evolving industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and represent clients in hearings and trials
  • Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas including regulatory, real estate, and corporate
  • Develop litigation strategy and manage client relationships
  • Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Exceptional writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and case management abilities
  • Admission to the Washington State Bar (or ability to waive in)
