Verantwortungsbereiche

Talent and team development: lead skill-building, mentorship, and culture across project teams
Client relations and business development: build relationships, support proposals, and grow new client opportunities
Financial and operational management: oversee budgeting, billing, fee negotiations, and profitability in collaboration with the MD
Project and design leadership: guide projects from inception to completion, ensure design quality and technical rigor
Strategic vision and adaptability: maintain flexible, adaptive project approaches in a high‑stakes environment

Zentrale Anforderungen

Master’s Degree in Architecture
15+ years of architectural experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in international settings
Proven track record delivering large‑scale projects with design excellence and innovation
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for stakeholder influence
Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive results
Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and opportunity identification in the design market
Collaborative leadership fostering mentorship and knowledge sharing
Expertise in design and construction stages and understanding of related disciplines
