In this role you will design and lead Almirall's global total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition to attract and retain top talent. You will collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams across regions to ensure market alignment and regulatory compliance. You will drive benchmarking, governance, and innovative rewards programs, with a focus on equity, performance, and well-being. Your work supports the company's ambition to be a top employer in the pharmaceutical industry and to leverage digitalization and AI opportunities.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and lead the global total rewards strategy, covering compensation philosophy, benefits design, and recognition programs.
Collaborate with executive leadership and P&C teams across affiliates to align with business objectives and local practices.
Lead global benchmarking and market intelligence to ensure competitive positioning.
Design and govern global frameworks for base pay, variable pay, equity programs, and executive compensation.
Oversee global benefits strategy including health, wellness, and retirement programs.
Ensure compliance with global regulations and internal governance standards.
Provide strategic guidance on M&A due diligence and integration from a rewards perspective.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on rewards and benefits.
Monitor emerging market practices and trends, linking them to Almirall's goals and digital/AI opportunities.
Represent Almirall externally as a thought leader in Total Rewards in relevant forums and networks.

Zentrale Anforderungen

12+ years in global compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
Proven track record designing and implementing global rewards strategies.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
Experience in a multinational environment with diverse regulatory landscapes.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's or certifications preferred.
Prior experience in a Market Company setting is highly desirable.
