In this Audit Senior role, you support internal and advisory engagements to assess governance, risk management, and control processes across finance, operations, IT, and regulatory areas. You will report findings to supervisors and stakeholders and collaborate with leadership across the business. You participate in delivering the Real Estate SOX program and help prepare materials for Audit Committee discussions. You will follow up on corrective actions and verify remediation effectiveness. Verantwortungsbereiche

Assist in execution of internal audit and advisory engagements to evaluate governance, risk management, and controls (financial, operational, IT, regulatory)
Report audit status and observations to supervisors and stakeholders
Build strong relationships with internal leadership and business group stakeholders
Participate in the delivery of Real Estate SOX program objectives
Gather and consolidate information for Audit Committee meetings
Execute follow-up procedures to assess remediation implementation and adequacy of actions

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2-5 years of relevant audit experience
Professional qualifications (CIA, CPA, CA, CFA) or willingness to pursue them
Experience in Asset Management, Real Estate, and/or Private Equity is highly preferred
Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX is advantageous
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong project management and presentation skills
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment
