As Brand Communication Manager you will shape and promote the brand’s image across online and offline channels, ensuring consistency with our values and elevating visibility. You’ll lead cohesive communication strategies, support sales with compelling tools, and safeguard brand integrity across markets. The role sits at the heart of our global wellness brand, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and market presence. You will influence how audiences perceive Technogym’s premium, wellness-focused identity and participate in high-impact brand initiatives.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and deploy brand assets, catalogs, and visual materials
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and strengthen brand equity
- Lead communication strategy and guidelines aligned with brand positioning
- Oversee budgeting for communications, business cases, and marketing plans
- Create tools to support sales and institutional activities
- Monitor brand usage and ensure compliance with Brand Identity
- Coordinate communication activities for trade shows and events
- Drive brand awareness through market analysis and growth initiatives
- Manage timelines for new product launch communications (Time to Market)
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years of experience in Brand Identity creation roles
- Excellent command of English
- University Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Experience in the Luxury sector within structured companies
- Proven creativity and strategic mindset
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Results-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Well-developed interpersonal skills for cross-level collaboration
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and gaming
