Experteer Overview
In this role you enable and optimize financial applications across Nutreco’s global operations. You translate finance needs into effective system solutions, focusing on Infor M3 and Unite Finance processes to drive efficiency and standardisation. You work with cross‑functional, international teams to implement enhancements and lead improvement initiatives. A key aim is to support stable operations while advancing digital finance capabilities that align with our sustainability mission.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide day-to-day support for Infor M3 and connected Finance applications to ensure stable operations and quick issue resolution
- Collaborate with Finance and other functions to translate requirements into functional specifications and deliver effective solutions
- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through application improvements and new technologies
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and standardisation
- Manage medium to large-scale projects to meet requirements and achieve optimal system configuration and implementation
- Evaluate feasibility of new initiatives and recommend suitable system solutions
- Configure and guide development of finance applications to align with business requirements and best practices
- Build strong relationships with business partners across regions and functions
- Work with globally distributed teams to support maintenance, development, and continuous improvement
- Stay informed about software developments and leverage new functionality where appropriate
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience supporting, developing, or implementing Infor (Lawson) M3 applications within a Finance environment (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Finance processes and Infor M3
- Experience translating business requirements into functional system solutions
- Experience supporting application implementations, upgrades, and improvements
- Affinity with IT service management principles (ITIL advantageous)
- Fluency in English
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional teamwork
