Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and implement strategic BD plans to drive German sales growth
Identify opportunities in passenger and commercial vehicles and in agriculture, construction, and mining segments; long‑term: military/defence
Build and maintain relationships with global key clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Finance and PM to align sales with company objectives
Analyse market trends and competitors to identify strategic opportunities
Lead contract negotiations and close significant deals
Monitor and report sales performance against targets

Zentrale Anforderungen

Master in Engineering or equivalent experience
Proven sales and BD track record in Automotive Tier‑1 industry
Experience with OEM and Tier‑1 purchasing and engineering teams
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze markets, manage and close complex deals
Results‑driven with hunter mindset
Fluency in German and English
