Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead initiatives to design and optimize business processes across Damen Naval’s shipbuilding programs, driving efficiency and defense-compliant operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce waste, improve productivity, and support digital трансformation of workflows. The position combines process improvement with program-level delivery in a highly regulated, complex manufacturing environment. You will help shape how we implement PLM–ERP–MES integrations to enable better outcomes and continuous improvement.

Aufgaben
- Lead cross-functional projects to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies and risks, and design optimized processes across shipbuilding programs
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and align with organizational goals and defense standards
- Monitor and report KPI impact on cost, quality, delivery time, and compliance
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and integrate PLM, ERP, MES and other systems into workflows
- Document optimized processes and ensure alignment with continuous improvement culture
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Engineering
- Knowledge of shipbuilding or complex project manufacturing environments
- Project management experience with process mapping and re-engineering
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary, highly regulated teams
- Experience with Planning, PLM, MES and ERP concepts in manufacturing
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Security screening and EU citizenship requirements
