As a Cellular Systems Engineer, you will develop and validate physical-layer beam management for 5G/6G in a cutting-edge hardware environment. Verantwortungsbereiche

scope and develop physical-layer beam management features
pre- and post-silicon bring-up and end-to-end validation
define requirements and map to HW/FW architecture
validate control flows and algorithms via simulations and emulations
conduct lab/field verifications and hardware-software integration
collaborate with HW/FW/SW towards product commercialization

Zentrale Anforderungen

MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 3+ years of experience or PhD in a relevant field
experience in wireless beamforming research and development
familiarity with RF, phased arrays, AGC, and inter-chip communication and control
familiarity with cellular UE baseband modem architecture and interfaces between subsystems
knowledge of 5G/6G RAN1/RAN4 PHY/MAC/RRC procedures
experience in chip bring-up and lab/field verifications
strong foundations in signal processing and communication theory (OFDMA, multi-antenna techniques)
experience with Matlab, C/C++ and/or Python for modeling and simulations

strong analytical and problem-solving abilities excellent teamwork and collaboration across diverse viewpoints flexibility and agility in fast-paced environments beam management in higher-frequency bands wireless beamforming and phased arrays RF, AGC, inter-chip communication and control
