Experteer Overview
As Climate Risk Vice President, you will help shape the climate risk framework for the EMEA and Asia regions within the CRC team. You will coordinate cross-divisional responses to regulatory requirements, develop governance materials, and lead climate risk scenario implementation. You will drive methodology enhancements in collaboration with risk analytics, credit and market risk teams, and contribute to ESG disclosures. This role offers a chance to influence risk management at scale within a global, client-focused financial institution.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Coordinate cross-divisional responses to regulatory requirements on Climate and Nature risks and oversee action plans
- Draft governance materials and risk framework documentation
- Coordinate the implementation of Climate Risk scenarios across EMEA and Asia to meet regional rules
- Lead and contribute to Climate Risk methodology developments with Risk Analytics, Credit and Market Risk stress testing
- Apply climate risk insights to enhance rating methodologies and portfolio/sector risk management
- Liaise with risk disciplines to support Climate and Environmental Risk framework implementation
- Contribute to climate-focused physical and transition scenario enhancements for stress testing
- Maintain and incorporate new regulatory requirements into EMEA financial statements and Pillar 3 ESG disclosures
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Profound interest in Climate and Nature Risk and its risk management implications
- +6 years of experience in sustainability or risk management within financial institutions or corporates (credit risk and/or stress testing preferred)
- Experience with technical models / rating models / stress testing
- Experience in development of governance materials
