Aufgaben
- Develop and implement growth-oriented commercial strategies to strengthen market position
- Conduct market analyses to identify trends and opportunities
- Expand product and service offerings through new development or enhancements
- Acquire and maintain customer relationships
- Oversee marketing campaigns and related initiatives
- Report progress and results to management
- Lead and motivate the sales & marketing team
- Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets
- Negotiate contracts with customers and partners
