Commercial Manager x2 - External Refurbishment - North/ South Thames

A leading external refurbishment and facade principle contractor is currently seeking two Commercial Managers to join their team. The role will be split regionally, so dependant on location the Commercial will be covering North of the Thames or South of the Thames. The role is a Regional Commercial Manager managing a team of 5-7 Quantity Surveyors overseeing 5-6 projects up to 5m. Projects are mainly facade works and external refurbishment and the company are open on previous sector experience of a Commercial Manager.

The role is remote/ field based, split between sites and home when required. On offer is an above the market salary with package on top including travel paid, pension, healthcare, life insurance etc.

The ideal candidate will be a driven character wanting to progress and join a growing company.
