In this role you support secure content creation and management for DoD-related projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility. You will liaise with SMEs, military planners, analysts, and engineers to translate complex concepts into structured documentation. The position emphasizes OPSEC adherence, governance over content pipelines, and data organization across government CMS tools. You will help optimize user experience and information discovery on secure networks, contributing to national security missions.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Oversee end-to-end content generation, including research, structure, editing, security filtering, and compliance prior to publication on secure networks
Administer, populate, and optimize government CMS portals (e.g., SharePoint, Intelink) for logical data organization and discoverability
Collaborate with SMEs, operations planners, analysts, and engineers to convert complex concepts into structured documentation
Enforce technical writing guidelines, OPSEC frameworks, and agency style guides to ensure data consistency
Track content usage metrics and platform health, producing reports to improve user experience and data accessibility

Zentrale Anforderungen

5 years of professional experience
2 years in content management, technical writing, communications, or digital asset coordination
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's equivalent to 2 years experience; Associate's with 2 years experience; High School with 4 years experience (as alternatives)
Current/active Secret clearance
Strong proficiency with government CMS portals (SharePoint), MS Office Suite, and basic visual asset formatting (Adobe Creative Suite, HTML basics)
