Experteer Overview

As Corporate Counsel, you will advise the German business and affiliates on governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance, supporting the development and scaling of products and services. You will work within a European legal team to align legal strategy with corporate objectives and project needs. You will review, draft and negotiate contracts, maintaining standard templates to reflect risks and regulatory changes. The role offers exposure to cross‑functional collaboration on new products and group‑wide initiatives in a dynamic, international environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Support German business and affiliates on corporate decisions and filings
Provide legal advice on strategic, business, and legal needs
Review, draft and negotiate contracts with partners, clients and vendors
Maintain and update standard contract templates for compliance and risk
Advise on new products and services for regulatory and contractual readiness
Draft new contracts and amendments to support operational readiness

Zentrale Anforderungen

Law degree (doctorate) and admission to the Bar
6 years of relevant professional experience
In-house experience preferred
Excellent English; very good German required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently in an international environment
