As Siemens’ senior IAM expert, you will shape and drive the enterprise-wide identity strategy to enable Zero Trust across cloud, on‑prem, OT, and IoT environments. You’ll lead governance, risk, and policy across human and non‑human identities, including SSI and OT-focused identities, while advising executives on identity-related cybersecurity matters. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on technical depth to solve complex identity challenges at scale. Verantwortungsbereiche

Orchestrate Siemens-wide IAM strategy and roadmap, establishing identity as a core Zero Trust control plane
Lead sovereign identity (SSI) initiatives and One Tech Framework identities in OT
Steer governance, risk, and compliance including policies, audits, and regulatory alignment
Provide leadership on complex designs and issue resolution
Align and mentor stakeholders across IT, OT, product, business units, and partners
Advise executives and business units on identity-related cybersecurity matters with hands-on authority

Zentrale Anforderungen

Experience as identity domain authority to C-level stakeholders
Deep knowledge of NIS2, GDPR, eIDAS 2.0, DORA with hands-on audit and policy experience
Proven ability to define and execute enterprise IAM strategy, roadmaps, and transformation programs
Strong collaboration across IT, OT, product, and external partners in matrix organizations
Hands-on expertise in modern authentication/authorization and cloud identity platforms (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, SCIM; Entra ID, AWS IAM)
Specialized expertise in securing workload and machine identities, API credentials, and AI agent authentication
Experience with SSI, DIDs, verifiable credentials, PKI/certificate lifecycle
OT/IT convergence and One Tech Framework identities
