Experteer Overview

In this role you lead the NH90 program’s quality function, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction on a major defense aviation program. You act as Chief of the Independent Monitoring Function and drive quality across the NH90 industrial network. You will manage the Quality team, processes, and certifications, coordinating with customers, partners, and regulators. This on-site, long-term assignment offers international leadership within a cutting-edge aerospace program.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead and develop the NHI Quality team and manage quality processes and budgets
Maintain and enhance the NHI Quality Management System and certifications
Validate contractual quality requirements and ensure consistent quality plans across NH90 network
Support process owners in quality improvement initiatives
Harmonize quality rules, plans, procedures, and standards for global application
Ensure conformity processes for helicopter and deliverables
Conduct internal audits and monitor quality risks and issues
Act as key quality interface with customers, partners and regulators
Manage customer quality complaints and drive improvement initiatives

Zentrale Anforderungen

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Quality, Engineering, Aviation or related field
At least 5 years of experience in Quality Management or similar systems
At least 2 years of leadership experience
Knowledge of ISO 9001, EN/AS9100, AQAP 2110/2310, ISO 14001, EMAR 21/145
Lead Auditor qualification and Project Management certification
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Critical/Process/Risk based thinking and root cause analysis
Experience in multicultural/international environments
Fluent English; French/German/Italian/Dutch an advantage
