In this role you will lead the end-to-end exploration, evaluation, and delivery of AI-powered agentic solutions and ISVs. You’ll coordinate cross-functional pilots, shape reusable frameworks, and ensure learnings translate into scalable products. You’ll partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to drive value, ROI, and responsible AI practices. The role offers exposure to international markets and a chance to shape digital transformation across GBUs.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead end-to-end innovation pilots (AI agents & ISVs) and align with business and CIO priorities; coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Business, Digital and IT Delivery teams
Consolidate pilot learnings into reusable frameworks, documentation, ROI, and requirements including Responsible AI guidelines
Identify emerging technologies, evaluate ISVs via POCs, feasibility reviews and risk analysis; maintain a structured pipeline
Promote knowledge sharing and prepare operational readiness materials to drive adoption across markets and GBUs
Educate teams on AI and digital capabilities; foster experimentation and support change and adoption
Maintain stakeholder relationships across international teams; communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership
Collaborate with AI providers and software vendors; manage relationships for high-quality delivery and continuous improvement

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Digital Business, or Engineering (or related field)
Proven experience in innovation, digital product development, POCs, or technology scouting
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment
Strong understanding of AI technologies, agentic systems, and SaaS/ISV ecosystems
Familiarity with innovation frameworks, product lifecycle management, and design thinking
Ability to evaluate business value, perform cost-benefit analysis, and build solid business cases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with business stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and cross-functional alignment
