In this role you will lead a strategic portfolio of digital services for an international member network. You will shape the portfolio strategy, drive growth through new acquisitions and account expansion, and build trust-based relationships with member organizations. You’ll guide product and service evolution with technical teams, contribute to offers pricing and modules, and report in English. You’ll operate in a complex, multi-stakeholder international environment and continuously improve based on user feedback and performance insights.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Define and drive the strategy for a portfolio of digital services (offering, roadmap, evolutions)
Support program growth through new member acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
Act as main contact for member organizations to build strong, trust-based relationships
Understand member needs, run workshops, and ensure high engagement and satisfaction
Collaborate with technical teams to guide product/service evolution (prioritization, delivery follow-up, quality)
Contribute to offer development (pricing, service offerings, modules)
Operate in complex international environment with multiple stakeholders
Prepare reporting and strategic documentation in English
Drive continuous improvement based on user feedback and performance insights

Zentrale Anforderungen

10+ years of experience in digital services management, customer success, product/service management, or account management
Strong client-facing experience focusing on engagement, retention, and account development
Ability to operate at the intersection of business and technology
Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (international, public sector, large ecosystems)
Excellent communication and facilitation skills (workshops, presentations, stakeholder interactions)
Strong written communication skills in English; other languages are a plus
