In this role, you support live studio and REMI productions for CBS Sports Digital, ensuring smooth broadcast operations across multiple rooms and remote sites. You will work closely with studio and engineering teams to install, maintain, and upgrade production systems, while solving technical issues under pressure. You’ll communicate complex concepts clearly and stay current with new technologies, contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative sports broadcast environment. This is a chance to impact live sports coverage and player-focused storytelling through reliable technical support.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Support live studio shows across multiple rooms simultaneously
Assist with live broadcasts and REMI productions in fast-paced environments
Troubleshoot on-air, in-person, telephone, and email support issues
Collaborate with engineering to install, maintain, and upgrade production and master control systems
Translate complex technical issues into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders
Maintain working knowledge of newly deployed technologies across facilities and remotes
Provide audio and comms support across all Sports Digital facilities and remotes
Travel up to 30% for live events and remote productions

Zentrale Anforderungen

3+ years of TV/production experience or related field
Strong knowledge of technical TV equipment (switchers, routers, cameras, audio board, intercom)
Proficiency with Calrec Audio systems and RTS intercoms
Solid IT topics: networking, Windows, Linux, and macOS
Flexible with hours including evenings, nights, and weekends
Ability to stay positive and professional under stressful production conditions
Willingness to travel for live events
