Experteer Overview
In this role you shape LOGEX’s value creation by leading FP&A in a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS environment. You partner with the CFO and executive team to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that guide growth, investments, and M&A. You’ll elevate planning, forecasting, and business partnering across the organization, driving disciplined financial performance. This is an opportunity to build structure and speed, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will play a pivotal role in governance and long-term exit readiness while maintaining pragmatism and ownership.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead performance management and SaaS metric reporting across the organization
- Own planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support growth initiatives and investments
- Act as strategic sparring partner to CFO and CEO; translate data into decision-ready insights
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with commercial, product, and technology leadership
- Strengthen FP&A into a fully integrated business partnering function with governance alignment
- Support M&A activity and post-merger value creation planning
- Develop and mentor a team of five, balancing hands-on work with capacity building
- Improve data, tooling, and reporting to increase predictability and speed
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master degree in Finance (preferred)
- Progressive experience in finance, business control/performance management or FP&A
- Experience in SaaS, software or data-driven models is a plus
- Experience supporting senior executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams while remaining hands-on
- System savviness and a keen interest in improving data, tooling and reporting
- Ability to communicate confidently at executive and board level
- Pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset: high energy, low ego
