Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the Wholesale Customer Installation activity for Wyre, shaping how we deliver fiber and coax networks to customers. You will align your department with Wyre’s strategy, optimize the end-to-end customer journey, and drive improvements in lead time, quality, and cost. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate the FTTH learning curve and implement a robust operating model. Verantwortungsbereiche

Own end-to-end Wholesale Customer Installations (fiber and coaxial) and ensure daily execution
Establish strategic and operating models aligned with Wyre’s strategy and partnership framework
Champion the end-customer journey and optimize customer experience
Accelerate FTTH learning and evaluate disruptive scenarios with a clear action plan
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and represent Wyre Service Delivery in executive meetings when needed
Monitor and improve quality with the FTTH Roll-Out and Assurance teams
Drive change initiatives in collaboration with the Transformation team and data/app framework
Manage installation unit cost (CPPC) with the Liberty Global Group to meet budget goals
Lead, coach, and develop team members and build a diverse, capable team
Steer installation partners and ensure development of competencies for short and long term
Oversee collaboration with Customer Service Managers to align customer voice in operations

Zentrale Anforderungen

7–10 years of proven experience in a similar role with multinational companies and team leadership
Experience servicing multinationals and leading a team in a telecom context
Ideally ICT/telecom sector experience and understanding of telecom market dynamics
Ability to bridge network and service with strong technical insight
Customer-oriented, analytical, and highly communicative with project management skills
Strong financial and reporting skills
