As GPL Finance at Olympus, you own and harmonize global Finance processes, driving ERP, AI, and GTOM-enabled transformations. You lead a distributed mix of internal and outsourced teams to standardize operations, improve performance, and enable digital-first delivery. You’ll partner with Finance GPOs, AI squads, and delivery ops to unlock value and scale governance across the enterprise. This role shapes a global, AI-assisted finance operating model with measurable impact.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Global process ownership and harmonization of Finance processes across regions
Define end-to-end process design, governance, and performance metrics aligned to risk and quality standards
Shape ERP process design for efficiency and scalability; avoid lift-and-shift sub-optimizations
Lead AI, automation, and data initiatives within owned processes and scale capabilities-as-a-service
Stabilize and optimize post-ERP processes across the enterprise
Monitor process KPIs (quality, cycle time, cost, productivity, automation, customer satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with GBS Delivery, Site Leads, and Outsourcing to ensure consistent global execution
Inform sourcing decisions on captive vs. outsourced models and integrate outsourced/captive delivery into standardized processes
Provide governance, risk management, and stakeholder leadership across Finance and transformation forums

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor's degree
10+ years in global process ownership, shared services, or transformation roles
Experience in ERP-enabled process transformation
Proven track record in standardization, automation, and AI adoption
Experience in global, matrixed organizations with captive and outsourced delivery
Strong English language skills
Executive leadership experience influencing diverse stakeholders
Experience designing global service delivery models (follow-the-sun, shared services, BPO)
Deep knowledge of RPA, AI, ERP platforms, and case management tools
Strong Finance process expertise and Lean/digital transformation capabilities
High analytical ability and data-driven decision making
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work flexible hours
