In this role you will lead the hotel’s financial operations, safeguarding profitability and assets. You will drive accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and regulatory compliance across a multi-site hospitality business. You’ll partner with leadership to optimize budgeting, forecasting, and capital projects, shaping financial strategy for the hotel, restaurants, bars, and recreation. This is a growth-minded position in a premium-branded hotel environment, offering impact through rigorous finance management and cross-functional collaboration.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Oversee all accounting and finance duties and management reporting for multi-site hotel and venues
Manage month-end closes, financial statement prep, complex account analysis, reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting
Ensure compliance with tax laws and permits/regulatory requirements in Spain
Monitor revenue and expenditures and ensure accurate recording per international guidelines
Review variances vs. budget/prior year and propose improvements to management
Support investment planning, ROI calculations, bid processes, and asset maintenance evaluations
Participate in recruiting and maintaining finance leadership across the organization

Zentrale Anforderungen

University degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or Economics
5–7 years in hotel finance
2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a premium-branded hotel
Strong technical proficiency with compliance, hotel systems (PMS, reservations), and finance setup
Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in Spanish and English
Knowledge of local legal compliance requirements
Humility, openness to ideas, and a hands-on, adaptable approach
