Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop, execute and monitor the annual business plan, operating budget and long-range financial forecasts.
Maintain strong accounting, audit and operational controls to protect assets and ensure compliance with Marriott and ownership standards.
Provide analytical support to operational leaders to identify cost savings, productivity gains and profit improvement initiatives.
Oversee financial reporting, P&L integrity, balance sheet reconciliation, tax compliance and timely statutory/management reporting.
Manage working capital and cash flow in line with governance and owner expectations.
Advise the General Manager and Executive Committee on evolving financial and operational matters.
Build, lead and develop a high-performing finance team with ethical leadership and growth.
Maintain transparent relationships with ownership, lenders, auditors and corporate partners.

Zentrale Anforderungen

Seasoned finance leader in hospitality or similar, with experience in complex hotel environments
Strong technical expertise paired with commercial curiosity
Collaborative, credible leadership capable of influencing senior stakeholders
Comfort with both detailed analysis and high-level strategic discussions
