Experteer Overview
As Director of Product Management, you lead the performance, monetization, and live operations strategy for a new Horizon Online experience. You partner with game direction, user research, and external Sony teams to shape the product across development, launch, and live phases. You will drive data-informed decisions, define success metrics, and influence stakeholders to deliver features that engage a broad audience. This role centers on collaboration, experimentation, and aligning business goals with a compelling player experience.

- Define and own the product performance against KPIs and multi-platform business models
- Shape retention and monetisation strategies with game direction and user research
- Develop the performance measurement strategy for development, launch, and live phases
- Collaborate with leadership and finance on the revenue side of the financial model
- Set success metrics and generate business reporting to inform strategy
- Identify opportunities for growth and drive initiatives to successful outcomes
- Prioritize roadmaps with game direction and production teams to deliver impactful features
- Conduct industry analysis to understand the competitive landscape and genre drivers
- Foster a culture of shared learning and experimentation across teams
- Use data to communicate business performance and growth opportunities
- Partner with marketing and CRM to improve in- and out-of-game business
- Collaborate with external Sony teams to align on product strategy and integration
- Stay connected with the games industry, innovation, and best practices
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3-5 years in a similar role
- Proven business acumen with strategic and analytical capabilities using data to inform decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across marketing, development, and leadership
- Visionary with ability to translate big-picture into initiatives
- Deep knowledge of industry trends and competitor landscape
- Experience managing console/PC games through development, launch, and live phases with rapid iteration loops
- MBA preferred but not required
- Passion for engaging live games and industry understanding
