Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and execute the product strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives
- Define product positioning, branding, and differentiated value propositions with executive partners
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management including market research, pricing, launches, and performance optimization
- Own product financial performance, develop proformas/forecasts, and optimize pricing and portfolio mix
- Manage product and portfolio performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership
- Lead and develop the product management team, including pipeline management and capacity planning
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to align roadmaps and resources across the organization
- Ensure marketplace intelligence and customer insights drive differentiation and growth
- Evaluate opportunities for priority segments (e.g., Stable Mass, Mass Affluent) and tailor offerings
- Oversee vendor relationships and procurement alignment with product strategy
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk considerations in product initiatives
- Lead major product initiatives, integrations, and change management
- Act as a spokesperson for the product portfolio to internal and external stakeholders
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management or related field
- 8+ years in product management/strategy/financial performance within financial services
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing analytical or product teams
