In this role you will develop and maintain our ISO 45001-based management system and support safety and compliance initiatives across our site. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement programs, prepare audits, and drive continuous improvement in health and safety practices. Your work helps ensure reliable safety processes and training materials for staff. This role offers exposure to international contexts via development opportunities and Academy programs.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and maintain the management system according to ISO 45001
- Support the implementation of ISO 45001 programs
- Prepare and assist internal and external audits
- Support inspections and safety rounds
- Follow up on corrective actions
- Maintain training and instruction materials
- Document and process safety-related reports
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Initial professional experience in quality, environmental, or occupational health and safety management
- Development and maintenance of ISO 45001-based systems
- Participation in audits and inspections support
- Good English and computer skills
- Technical understanding
- Communicative personality
- Completed technical or commercial training
