Experteer Overview

As Rack Product Manager at Vertiv, you own the lifecycle and roadmap for server rack solutions and infrastructure. You’ll bridge hardware, supply chain, and data center ops to meet high-density computing needs, including AI and GPU clusters. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to launch, document, and commercialize rack products, driving innovation and regional optimization in EMEA.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Define and maintain the roadmap for rack product families
Analyze regional demand in EMEA and benchmark against current offerings
Gather and maintain product documentation and consistent descriptions across systems
Collaborate on product launches with marketing and global teams
Apply product management skills to market research, requirements, and stakeholder communications
Propose and test engineering innovations and new technologies or processes
Develop rack configuration tools with Engineering for sales enablement
Strategize price positioning across product families for EMEA channels
Create training materials and value propositions with Vertiv Academy
Prepare a 12-month demand plan with Sales Operations and optimize margins

Zentrale Anforderungen

Minimum 5 years in a comparable role
Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate specs
Knowledge of regional norms and regulations
Clear, cross-functional communication of vision and requirements
Data analysis and business acumen to set strategy and roadmaps
Strategic thinking to identify market opportunities and prioritize features
Project/program management to drive launches and feature development
Customer empathy and VOC understanding to translate needs into requirements
Technical writing and documentation skills
Process optimization and problem-solving abilities
Professional and interpersonal skills for intercultural teamwork
Proficiency in English; other languages a plus
