Verantwortungsbereiche
- Guide architecture and technical decisions to ensure scalability and best practices
- Plan and grow the team; recruit, mentor, and motivate engineers
- Evaluate and improve team performance through regular feedback
- Coordinate with Area Product Owner and Engineering Managers on strategy and OKRs
- Optimize processes to boost team efficiency and drive innovation
- Participate in code reviews, system design, and occasional hands-on coding to coach the team
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3+ years of leading and scaling cross-functional development teams with backend and frontend scope
- Experience in software development and architecture design; high-load experience is a plus
- Familiarity with PHP 8.* as a developer
- Proven track record of improving development processes and team efficiency
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with Product and Engineering managers
- Experience with Agile values and principles
