In this role, you will drive profitable revenue growth by expanding and managing strategic Enterprise Accounts for IWG. You’ll build top-level relationships across large companies, map their needs to IWG’s multi-location solutions, and coordinate with advisors and regional teams to close multi-product deals. You’ll bring a strategic, results-driven mindset to a growth-focused environment, shaping how enterprises adopt flexible workspace across locations. This is a chance to influence enterprise occupancy strategy at scale and work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified Enterprise opportunities
  • Generate profitable revenue to meet sales targets on designated accounts
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships to understand customer needs across IWG solutions
  • Collaborate with third-party advisors to create opportunities with their clients
  • Partner with Operations and Sales across geographies to ensure a consistent customer experience and plan solution development
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve service and solution offerings
  • Support strategic business development activities as required

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • B2B solution/service sales and business development background
  • Ability to map products and contract structures to customer needs
  • Experience in a matrix organizational structure
  • Proven track record of developing, managing, and closing large deals and exceeding targets
  • Proven experience selling to large companies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at board level
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial, results-driven bias
  • Flexible, proactive, disciplined business development approach
  • Motivated, self-reliant with growth-oriented mindset
