This is a mobilization and transformation role, focused on making foundational sustainability measurable, actionable, and real, especially across the companys sourcing and operations footprint. All initiatives need to be aligned and validated with the businesses, trying to maximize shared value creation.
The role will have 3 direct reports: a data analyst, a factories transition manager, and an environmental manager.
- Define the vision and ambition of the Groups foundational elements.
- Co-own the execution (together with group and businesses' teams) roadmap and act as the group PMO for the Companys group-wide foundational KPIs across six core areas (e.g., GHG, packaging, sourcing, water, waste, nature).
- Develop and support the execution of a thorough supplier engagement program (where most of our impact lies).
- Monitor external benchmarks, standards and best practices to inform strategy and execution.
- Coordinate with sustainability data providers and external partners.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- 2-5 years of experience in sustainability-related roles.
- Strong project management and structuring skills - e.g., PMO, consulting toolkit.
- Experience working with suppliers or value chain decarbonization programs.
- Exposure to regenerative agriculture, packaging sustainability, or food industry.
- Valuable experience in consulting and strategy companies.
- Understanding of key standards.
- Demonstrated ability to mobilize and influence operational teams (especially procurement or supply chain).
- Strong communication and soft skills to align diverse internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish a plus.
